Unique Points Engine with dual currencies Activity Points and Impact Points

BitNudge has a unique “points engine” at its core. The engine awards two types of points to employees.

• Input or Activity points — awarded to frontline users for completing specific tasks / activities (e.g., submitting a client call report, entering a sales Lead in the system, meeting a compliance process in time, completing a learning module etc.)
• Output or Impact points — awarded when employees achieve results (e.g., closure of a sale, completion of a transaction,service ticket etc.)

Contest Engine

BitNudge has built-in frontline contest modules for creating and managing contests (e.g., sales contest for sales reps).

Contests can be designed for any length of time. More than one contests can be activated at any point in time for multiple user types. Each contest comes with a built-in leaderboard to drive full engagement of and competition among Users.
