BitNudge serves as an enterprise social channel including.

• Broadcast key announcements eg. launch of a campaign, launch of a new product, new pricing policy etc. BitNudge feedback loop provides insights on whether users have read the announcements and how long did they take to read the key announcements which can be powerful for disseminating key product related information or price or policy changes information.
• Enable secure Group chat between users to facilitate day-to- day discussions.
• One-to-one chat between users (among peers as well as supervisors and direct reportee).

Publicly Recognize Stars

Users can “nudge” other users congratulating them for earning a specific commendation i.e., a badge, rank or status on the platform.

Users can see the winners / contenders for various reward categories (e.g., the most improved user, the best performer in sales, the best performer in customer calls etc.)

Redemption Engine

As a Gamified platform, BitNudge issues currency (points) to its user base, based on the activities performed and results achieved.

Playbook is the ledger where users can see the history and log of points earned or lost by the user.

Playbook also comes with a “burn” engine i.e., a redemption store where users can redeem their currency. BitNudge clients can create their own redemption store allowing users to “burn” the reward currency and encash it for tangible goods or services.
